How Often To Replace Filters?: Duration time for filter depends on the breathing rate of the user and the pollution level. We recommend replacing the filter every 24 hours if the mask is used extensively in high-risk areas, or during heavy dust exposure activities such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
Filter Replacing Instructions:
1) Open the mask to expose the filter and valve
2) Separate the two valves, by turning them counterclockwise
3) Replace the old filter with a new one
4) Reattach the two valves by turning them clockwise
5) Enjoy cleaner, fresher air!

Shipping Delivery Times: Within USA 4 to 9 business days
Processing Times: Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Tracking Number: After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email or SMS providing you with a tracking number via a separate email. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost Packages: For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company provided in your tracking information. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product returns are accepted within 30 days from your order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new and unused in its original packaging and condition that you received it.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by UVClean in its sole discretion, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please contact us as soon as possible within the 30-Day Return Policy at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you to either arrange a replacement or full refund, with shipping costs covered within 2 business days.
ARRANGING A RETURN
To arrange a return please email email@example.com with your account information, order number, product information, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return processing details so you can use it to ship your product back to our warehouse.
For non-defective and non-damaged items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents prior to shipping. Contact us prior to returning the item. We will provide you with detailed instructions on our return process as contained within this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your order number and items included. Please carefully double-check your shipping address and order information for accuracy in the order confirmation email or SMS. We dispatch the orders within 48 hours. Due to our quick shipment timelines, we can only accept cancellations and changes in your order prior to order shipment. Contact us as soon as you can if an order needs to be changed or canceled. We will process the charges/refunds and get back to you as soon as possible.
Once we receive your product in our returns processing warehouse, we will credit your original payment method for the cost of goods within, 1 business week (not including holidays or weekends), provided the product is in new and unused condition.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, face masks, face shields). We also do not accept returns for dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
