Product returns are accepted within 30 days from your order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new and unused in its original packaging and condition that you received it.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by UVClean in its sole discretion, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

ARRANGING A RETURN

To arrange a return please email support@uvcleanhouse.com with your account information, order number, product information, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. For non-defective and non-damaged items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents prior to shipping. Bought this UVC lamp to help clean a quarantine room for two adopted kittens that had ringworm (a persistent fungus). Works perfectly disinfecting hard and soft surfaces, especially carpeted floors. The UVC glow lamp and a HEPA vacuum kept the quarantine room fungus free. As per the instructions remove all pets, people and plants from the room before the lamp is energized. The included remote control is very handy to turn the lamp on behind a closed door. Ventilation to outside air is highly recommended during and after use to dissipate the strong ozone smell produced by this lamp. Plan to use this lamp to periodically treat mold in a shower stall and a basement HVAC air handler during the summer months.

Only 15 minutes in each room. That is all you need. No humans, pets or plants in the room when the UVC lamp is on. Take your time and do a couple of rooms per day. Repeat monthly. I had to take antihistamines all day just to be able to work, and I had to run to the shower at the end of each day just to get whatever microscopic things were on me washed off.
