Q: Why is my face shield foggy/not fully transparent?
A: The face shields have two layers of protective film on both sides to protect the face shield during transit. Carefully peel the protective film off (it’ll come off like a sticker) from both sides prior to use for full transparent visibility.
Q: Can I lift the shield up (over my face) to eat etc?
A: No, but they are designed to be easily removable, as you simply lift the eyeglasses over your head (like normal eyeglasses. It's designed to be so comfortable that you'll forget you even have it on. A lot of customers wear this and forget that they have it on oftentimes lifting food/drinks to their face into the face shield (oops!).
Q: How do I take care of the face shield?
A: The face shield is replaceable and cleanable. The shield can be easily detached and replaced as needed. Washable using water and a lint-free cloth, recommended cleaning using alcohol and lint-free cloth

Processing Times: Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Tracking Number: After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email or SMS providing you with a tracking number via a separate email. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost Packages: For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company provided in your tracking information. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product returns are accepted within 30 days from your order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new and unused in its original packaging and condition that you received it.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by UVClean in its sole discretion, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
RECEIVED ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
Please contact us as soon as possible within the 30-Day Return Policy at: support@uvcleanhouse.com and we'll work with you to either arrange a replacement or full refund, with shipping costs covered within 2 business days.

For non-defective and non-damaged items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents prior to shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your product in our returns processing warehouse, we will credit your original payment method for the cost of goods within, 1 business week (not including holidays or weekends), provided the product is in new and unused condition.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, face masks, face shields). We also do not accept returns for dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
